Where Are We Going To End Up?
Published on March 25, 2008 By KFC Kickin For Christ In Current Events

Much has been written here and elsewhere about OKlahoma State Rep Sally Kern and her blatent honesty of her belief on the Homosexual lifestyle. She dared speak out.  Shame on her.   But did you know the rest of the story?

Many know and are angry (especially you know who)  about her comments  on how the "Homosexuality Agenda is destroying the nation" and is a bigger threat to our country than the Islamic Terrorists.

How many know her speech was not only secretly recorded but also very carefully edited before given out to the public?

They left out the part where she says, 'The book that I base my life upon is God's Word, and it says to love everybody -- and I try to love everybody, but not everybody's lifestyle is equal.'   They just started with the part where it says 'not everybody's lifestyle is equal.' They didn't include the part that has  Sally  on tape saying that she loves everybody."

Of course not.  That's not as much fun to mock and lash out at.  All this is about, plain and simple, is  "The Agenda" trying to warn anyone in opposition to their militant stance to back off.  Don't even think about speaking out.   If you dare, you will be put through hell as they demonize you taking away any unwanted attention to their unnatural behavior.

Some have been warning us that once we let this behavior in as normal be prepared for other behaviors called "alternative lifestyles" to want their day in the sun.  And I think I saw the door opening on Oprah last week.  And you know how that goes.  I immediately picked up on it.

She had on her show a beautiful Mormon, one of three wives wedded to one husband.  This woman did not fit the usual stereotype we think of when we think plural wives.   Even Oprah kept saying you don't look like the type.  She was floored.   This lady was very modern in appearance (no 18th century dress) beautiful and very intelligent.  She could be, and seems to be, a great spokeswomen for this lifestyle.

Anyhow she said something to the effect that  "in today's day of alternative lifestyles" she would like to see polygamy made legal.   She kept on speaking but I knew........deep down that Oprah would pick up on the "day of alternative lifestyle."  There was no way that statement was making it past Oprah.  Sure enough.

By golly she did grab right onto it.  Immediately.  She even said, she never thought of it like that and seemed very receptive to this woman as she presented her case.   I mean really, this Mormon woman did have a point.  If we accept this alternative lifestyle how can we say no to others who feel they have a right to marry whom they want even if it involves more than one wife?

What's next on the agenda?  I do know that those interested in beastiality and pedophilia are watching all this.  How far will we go?

Another thing, if you are having a hard time understanding where I am coming from, try educating yourself, because the idea that humans came from monkeys is false, and slightly ignorant.

Start here. Then check out some of the reference links at the bottom, as well as googling 'Evolution', you'll come up with some interesting things.

Hey, come back here. Pretty please? I could use a hand, even though I've got the feeling I'll never get them to completely acknowledge it. Something to do with their faith.

You know not what you ask.  I've been there, I've done that...it's better just to agree to disagree.  Trust me.

Yeah, you're probably right. *Sighs*

I second that  Zoo.   While I do know lots about Evolution and being educated in Public School which only teaches Evolution...neither one of you has convinced me you know much about scripture....so who exactly SP  needs to be educated here?

If Science is logical, and faith isn't, and you told me at another time that I should be logical, then why don't you acknowledge this all, since it is logical?

The bible is logical.  It makes more sense than anything else I've ever encountered.

Who says Faith isn't logical?  I look outside, I see wonders in the sky and earth....it's logical that it just didn't happen.  It's logical that something created needs a creator.

I don't drive by a snowman and say...."my look how that evolved."  That's not logical.

From a snowape...

Science says, "we don't know how life began, but once it got here, we assume that it was simple in nature and built up to complex."

Yes, that's exactly how it would have happened, if it had started as simple.

But it didn't start simple. It started with every different species already here, as it was created. But God started by making the simpler creatures and working up to humans. Of course, God being God, he made everything very complex anyway. Proteins and cells and atoms and all kinds of crazy things that I don't really know about. But they're there to say, ptooey. How could this possibly come out of nothing? I created even this amoeba. And I created you. Amoebas didn't.

BTW, as regards homosexuals versus heterosexuals and which is better, I will say that the supposed equality that the homosexual community seems to rest on is there. Not because homosexuality is great, but because they are both perverted now.

KFC,

I don't know if you are aware, but tomorrow many people within the state will be going to the Capitol to show support for Sally Kern. My pastor will be among them (I'm not going, I have work back here on the homefront). I thought you'd like to know so that you can keep them in prayer.

I have to admit, I was one of the people angered by the Youtube video. That is, until I learned "the rest of the story" and how opponents had worked so hard to spin this situation. I read her side in the Baptist Messenger, and it's something everyone should, in my opinion, read before passing judgment.

Grr...

Because you KNOW it was created by people. People have been creating them for years and years...heck, you've probably created a few yourself.

However, do you look at a tree and say, "Gee, a man must have built that!" No, you don't...you know it grew up from a single seed from a previously existing tree. It came from another lifeform, like every other living thing on the planet. It wasn't just "created" because as far as we've gotten we cannot create life...life is in its very essence an enigma.

I'll buy into creationism as far as the very beginning of life. After that it's entirely possible for it to evolve from one organism. One becomes two becomes 4 becomes 8 becomes 16...increasing exponentially in a totally open environment. Billions and billions and billions of tiny simple organisms and some start to differentiate. They're able to harness new metabolic processes. Some start to cluster together and become multicellular...like jellyfish. Then the cells differentiate, carry out specific functions...become more advanced gooey creatures. You have nerve cells, motility cells, light detectors, skin cells, all kinds of cool things. After that you get cephalization, the beginnings of a head area....a concentration of sensory organs. You get fish and arthropods...very primitive, but they're there. Then once things figure out how to get on land, evolution goes crazy...a pristine habitat to exploit- land plants, amphibians...later reptiles, then dinosaurs and birds and mammals. Then eventually you get us. Long story short with a lot of stuff cut out.

It started with every different species already here, as it was created.

No. A species is the very lowest classification of an animal. You're saying every single species was present from the beginning of time? Even all the domestic ones? Heh...no way. I honestly don't think Noah took jaguars(from South America), bison(from North America), kangaroos(from Australia), or anything else from those particular continents onto that boat of his. If everything was here since the beginning those critters would've been iced.

Not to mention all the people in the Americas. Apparently Noah sent some kids across the sea to repopulate and become Native Americans? Seriously, this whole Bible thing just doesn't seem to encompass everything. It never even mentions half of the world and it's supposed to be a book of everything you need to know? We're living over here in the twilight zone, apparently...

Ugh...I went into a tirade again...I knew I couldn't help myself...

Let's just agree to disagree, cause while I've enjoyed the...discussion, I really don't want to explain myself again, and again, and again, and again, and....well you see.

So, 'night, and it was fun discussing it.

Thanks Gid, for the update....

Prayers are good.

How did Noah get two of *every single animal*?

I did hear about this. Thanks for the update. I will pray for her and it seems as tho she's well respected and liked even tho she's been threatened by thousands on the opposite side of the aisle.

God sent them to him...two by two and sevens.

I liken it similar to the Tsumami that hit Indonesia a couple of years ago. Many reports saw animals, wild animals take refuge to higher ground before the Tsunami hit. They have a sense about danger that we don't have. Noah, building his ark on a hill didn't have to do a thing but open the door and let them in.

Ugh...I went into a tirade again...I knew I couldn't help myself...

take heart Zoo, I agreed with some of what you said. As far as the bible ignoring the world...remember it started over there. That is the cradle of civilization. We do see other parts mentioned as well, it's just not the focus. Basically we see much of Europe and the Middle East in Scripture as the focus but we also read some on the African countries as well. Queen of Sheba and the Euncuh are two that come to mind immediately. Of course our country isn't going to be mentioned. We are fairly new you know.

Nowhere does it say he did, since he did not clone every single animal.

It is written that he got 2 of every "kind" of animal, not every single animal.
