For RDP's
Published on March 4, 2008 By KFC Kickin For Christ In Current Events

There's now a new tax law for Registered Domestic Partners (RDP).  It reads:

Effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1,2007, RDPs under CA law must file their California income tax returns using either the married/RDP filing jointly or married/RDP filing separately filing status.  RDPs will have the same legal benefits, protections, and responsibilities as married couples unless otherwise specified.

For purposes of California income tax, references to a spouse, a husband, or a wife also refer to a California Registered Domestic Partner (RDP) unless otherwise specified.  When we use the initials (RDP) they refer to both a California Registered Domestic "Partner" and a California Registered Domestic "Partnership" as applicable.  For more information on RDPs, get FTB Pub. 737, Tax Information for Registered Domestic Partners.

I also received a news release last week that Govenor Arnold signed some new legislation making it mandatory in the schools to be pushing the Homosexual Agenda starting with the grade schools on up.  It's not going to be lawful anymore to be talking about mommy and daddy's.   So I wasn't surprised to see this on the heels of that release.

Right now there is a movement in CA for those opposed to these new regulations in the school system to start pulling the kids out.  The churches have been asked to take up the slack and help these parents who may not have the resources or money to be able to pull their children out to homeschool or private school them.

I'm sure many are watching California right now to see how this all plays out.

...? If Married and RDP have the same rights, anyway, what's the problem with having them under the same line?

Outside your hate-spreading agenda?

we've been there once when you cried about it, and it had been debunked

Discussed yes.  Debunked no.

Outside your hate-spreading agenda?

I dont read any hate. Perhaps you can pick out the hate words in this article?  It appears fairly factual, with perhaps some loaded words indicating a bias (homosexual agenda), but nothing to indicate hate.  Perhaps you should re-read it with an eye on what is being discussed and towards discussing it instead of injecting your own hate-spreading agenda?

As for the article, this one falls under "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it".  I especially love this part:

married/RDP filing jointly or married/RDP filing separately filing status

Now they get screwed like all the religiously married couples as well!  When will people learn that the Government is NOT your friend!

check it out yourself.  What I wrote about in the past was what was coming.....now it's here with the signing of a brand new law on the books in CA to be introduced to all the little schoolkids as they change all the textbooks to reflect this new change.

nope, no hate intended.  Just reporting the facts.  In fact, I've given really no opinion here at all.  My husband just came home with the new law and I had just seen the news release concerning a new law that came from Arnold's desk and put both together.

It's funny how things come across as hate when you only just disagree about things isn't it?  There's lots of things I disagree about but do not hate.  Don't you?

And you're right Doc....I do have a bias AGAINST this agenda....not hate tho.  So thanks for being right on.

Well, yeah. Why else would they say it, if not to make me believe it?

Simply fighting against the gay community's agenda denotes a serious negative connotation. What is their agenda? To be accepted by all fringe of the population, and everybody sees them as "normal people", so that a gay teen is not ostracised in school. A high percentage of the gay population has mental/social trouble that resulted of the negative attitude of many peoples around them.

To simply fight against this means refusing to acknowledge that gays have the right to live a normal life like any other people means you hold them as lower being than yourself. They are not asking for pro-eminence, they are fighting for a normal life.

Holding someone as a lower being than yourself, refusing him the rights to not be ostracized as a youth IS hate. A hate expressed in a cold and detached way, but still a hate. You do not go beat up faggots in Villages, but you still want them to feel bad about what they are.

And that, I call it hate.

... no. Wrong. They're human beings, I don't want them to feel bad about what they are. The problem is what they do. Sex outside of marriage is a sin. Marriage is defined by the same book that defines sex outside marriage as a sin as the union between a man and a woman. Therefore, any homosexual acts is, by definition, sex outside of marriage.

Are they lower than me? No. I sin too. But I don't go saying the sins are okay and that others should accept those behaviours.

Therefore, you consider them automaticly bad peoples because of what they are. If your "book" said that black people are sinful, you would believe the same. Luckily for them, they have been spared. Homosexual peoples are not as lucky, and peoples like you and KFC simply makes it easier for people to accept their rejection as "normal behavior".

Sorry but I must disagree with you. Until the left made it an issue and persecuted homosexuals from the late 40’s to the mid 60’s no body cared if you were gay or not. 22 years ago I lived in California and they were first putting out “project 10” it went on the premise that 10% of the population was gay so starting in kindergarten children would be taught that homosexuality was ok and the children would be taught to explore this homosexuality in school. I as a parent did not agree with this recruitment effort of the gay community so I packed up my family and moved to Florida. I am the parent of my child I will decide what is best for my child not some person that does not have children to rise but is looking for fresh meat. I have never had a problem with homosexuals and mostly don’t care what they do as long as they don’t include me or my minor children in their antics. If my child was gay that is fine but I am not sending my children to school to learn sex I am sending them to school to learn what they need to learn in order to survive in this world. I now have two granddaughters the youngest one was born yesterday. She is 25 hours old as I write this the gay agenda has always been to fit in and recruit because their numbers are far less than the 10% they claim it is less than 1% which means pickings are slim for them. It is their choice to be homosexual as it is my choice to be heterosexual I am not going to support any effort to train and indoctrinate children into a lifestyle that is based on free will. That is not hate it is my choice.

If being black was a controllable action (ie, you had to paint yourself black) and the Bible said that being black was a sin, yeah I'd be against it. But someone would have to willfully choose to paint themselves. Just like people willfully choose to engage in homosexual activities. "Because of what they are" is crap. It's what they choose to do.

The Bible isn't going to say that being black is a sin, because sin is willful disobedience to God. You can't will yourself to be or not to be black.

Yes Jay.

We have to ask ourselves.  What is sin?  Sin is rebellion against God.  Being black is not a sin.  It's a genetic trait.  Being a homosexual is NOT a genetic trait nor has a "gay gene" ever been found.

and peoples like you and KFC simply makes it easier for people to accept their rejection as "normal behavior".

We should alway speak out against sin.  That's what Christians are called to do.  Men having sex with men and women having sex with women is an abomination to God and we speak out against it.  It has nothing to do with hate.  Actually from a Christian POV by not saying anything at all we are not doing society any favors.  Think of what happened in Sodom and Gomorrah.

I think our country is in trouble.  I absolutely believe we are like a basket of summer fruit on a hot summer day.

My uncle was a homosexual.  I loved him.  I treated him no different than any other family member.  Actually I enjoyed his company.  That does NOT mean I condoned his behavior.  So there is no hate involved here and I think many like me feel the same.
