That is really kinda cool..in 1981 I was in 8th grade I think......and there is really nothing I can remember from that except the day after watching Di and Charles marry I went horseback riding with my best friend Patti Banks.

Wonder what ever happened to her?? Hmmmmmm.

Who? Diana or Patti?....heheheheh

I was getting married and had my first born child the same time as Diana. Her son Will was born two months before my son was. I also moved into my new home the day she died. I'll always remember August 30, 1997. I woke up that first morning to the news, and it was all on Diana's death of course. Exactly 7 days before that on the 23rd I was attacked while running and could have died myself.....pretty interesting paralells wouldn't you say?

I remember when she died. I was pretty stunned and later upset. I didn't know her, didn't even know I liked her. But when I saw it on tv I was affected. I guess because so much of her struggles in life tied in with events in mine....not the same type struggles, just the same time line.

Like her wedding and horseback riding....she was a catalyst to past events for me.

I can't believe Charles married the hag. In life, the hags often win. Guess there won't be any fairy tales written about that.
