And It's About To Get Worse!
Published on March 27, 2009 By KFC Kickin For Christ In Current Events

Well here we go again.  Ready for the next slippery ride down the slope as we progress further into moral chaos?  Can't say you haven't been warned.

Months ago I brought up the fact that in Colorado a new law was being tossed around that gave special public accommodation protections to people who identify as either a transgender or homosexual.  We discussed at the time how this was going to cause confusion in the locker rooms and rest rooms.

Men would be able to go into woman's restrooms and ladies into men's locker rooms as they so feel like it.  It has to do with gender association or expression.  So if a female feels like a male that day and identifies better with the male side of her self she has every right to go into the men's bathroom and vice versa.  Of course it doesn't take Einstein to figure out this is going to open up a whole nuther can of nuts.  In fact, the nuts will be in the restroom next to you now and there's nothing you can do about it.

It was hard enough to let our kids use the public restrooms then, what about now?

In Colorado the Christians geared up for a fight to stop this from happening by placing ads in the local media on what this would look like in reality.  The social problems galore that would follow by allowing such a law.   The liberal governor and legislature of course denied these claims making it out that the conservatives were just a bunch of liars.  Of course isn't that how they always retort back when they have no leg to stand on?   The proponents for this bill  said things like this:

"has nothing at all to do with allowing one gender in another gender's restrooms."

"I do not see any basis whatever for an assertion that the bill requires that men be admitted to women's bathrooms or vice versa."

Now months later guess who has egg on their faces?  Not the conservatives who did everything they could, unsuccessfully I might add,  to stop this bill from becoming law.  Too late now.  The liberals got their way.  Let the reaping begin.

Now a state agency has issued regulations to enforce this new law and it looks exactly as predicted NOT by the loony left but by the ones who fought tooth and nail against it.

So who are the liars now?   The state of CO is mandating that all businesses and most nonprofit organizations in the state are required to allow transgendered people-under a very vague definition- to use whichever restroom or locker room they choose.

The same thing is happening in New Hampshire.

My husband printed off the new bill up for vote in NH because he just couldn't believe what he had heard from an editorialist.  He had to check it out for himself.   It's called HB-415.   It says:

              STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nine

AN ACT adding certain terms regarding non-discrimination to the laws.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Statutory Construction; Gender Identity and Expression.  Amend RSA 21 by inserting after section 50 the following new section:

21:51 Gender Identity and Expression.  "Gender identity or expression" means a gender-related identity, appearance, expression, or behavior of an individual, regardless of the individual's assigned sex at birth.

It goes on to say that this new Gender Identity and Expression will be put next to  age, sex, race, creed, color, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability or national origin anti discrimatory laws.

Do you understand what this means?  It means if I feel like being a woman one day and a man the next, according to the state, I'm allowed to use either men's rooms or women's rooms according to how I wish to express myself that day.  It doesn't matter what sex I was born as.  I can be male or female now according to the law because what I think or feel.......I am.   It's freedom of expression all the way baby!

So how does this manifest itself?  Glad you asked.  Here's a few examples from the latest newsletter I get from CO:

*A female encountered a man in a women's restroom in a local airport.

*A teen girl saw a man in a women's restroom at a Colorado Springs Wal-Mart and he exposed himself to her.

*Two teenage girls discovered a man undressing in a women's locker room in a Denver area fitness facility.  Which makes me wonder about Curves.  What are they going to do with this new law?  They can't discriminate.  If a man wants to use the Curves facility they will have to allow this to happen.

*A mother and daughter in a Colorado mall bathroom were intruded upon by a man in his 20's with a red-dyed Mohawk who spent several minutes in the ladie's room.

Well one things for sure.....it's sure going to mess up the whole "the wife should submit to her husband" thing now isn't it?  Maybe they'll trade places as they deem fit and take turns being the boss man.

Gah!

So from what I gather so as not to be discriminatory you can't even ask or question an individual as to their gender status when they attempt to use a locker room or bathroom.  So from what I understand this will make it virtually impossible to stop anyone from entering a restroom because of gender.

I can see the lawsuits now.

What is wrong with our state legislatures?   Are they a product of mad-cow disease?  Too much $100 an oz steak in the governor's mansions?

If this isn't enough get this:

A feminist by the name of Anne Falso Sterling wrote an article titled "The Five Sexes: Why Male and Female Are Not Enough."  She is supporting  the thought of five genders.   This would be male, female, homosexual male, homosexual female and bisexual.

They don't take turns. The woman is always boss. This is why it is important not to get married.

I think this law was written because heterosexual men are afraid of being scoped out on the john, not an invalid fear. Conversely, I do not think men would have a huge problem with lesbians in the mens restroom. On the other side, I think women will have a problem with men in their restroom homosexual or not. Again, the fear will be being scoped out on the john. So the question is, whose privacy is more important? I think its mine.

And in the end, does it really matter? Unisex restrooms exist, too. And I haven't heard of people melting after using one.

I don't agree with the laws that are being passed but these are simply a means to distract us from the real issues at hand. Social and Moral deterioration runs much deeper than this and the real problems we face in the near future make this look like cartoon stuff. We must ask ourselves do we wish to continue to help the great distractor/spin artist in it's work or call attention to the real probelms of social decay we face.

A year ago I played Badminton in a club on weekends.

I only played against girls.

I had three reasons.

1. If I play against girls, I win.

2. I do not enjoy so much watching a man jump and down trying to hit a ball.

3. The club is an old-style conservative Protestant club which has one big shower room for all men. And I cannot get myself to make a date with another man to take a shower together, even if it is really to play Badminton.

Conversely, I do not think men would have a huge problem with lesbians in the mens restroom.

I know I wouldn't. (It's really other men being in the same restroom as myself that I have a problem with.)

On the other side, I think women will have a problem with men in their restroom homosexual or not.

That's their problem, surely.

What would be the point? Surely homosexual men are men and homosexual women are women. It's a question of biology, not a question of lifestyle.

I always said that these things cannot be decided by an individual himself (I use the male pronoun in inclusive mode, as it should be done).

Unisex restrooms exist, too. And I haven't heard of people melting after using one.

Precisely.  And if you want privacy, pop into a stall.

Public bathrooms are for taking care of various biological functions...and occasionally random sex encounters.  This hardly changes anything.  Maybe if the line to the women's bathroom is too long, some ladies can use the other one?

Gender is what one identifies themselves as.  Sex is what one biologically is...there are 3 basic sexes: male, female, and hemaphrodite.  Of course you have your phenotypically female males and stuff...but that's not really related to this.

I am apparently using the wrong bathrooms.

that's not how God intended...but there is much truth to what you say but it's not God's best for us......but still you're kind of pessimestic about marriage aren't you?  Who says you can't be the king of your castle in marriage?

And in the end, does it really matter? Unisex restrooms exist, too. And I haven't heard of people melting after using one.

Sorry, but I can't even imagine my 91 year old grandmother going into a bathroom where there are young men.  Heck, most women don't even like their own husbands coming into the bathroom when they are either using the facilities or undressing.

Yes agree totally.  This is all just surface stuff, the real work is being done below the surface.

I only played against girls.

I am not one ounce surprised Leauki.  This goes without saying.......  I've got your number young man!

I know I wouldn't. (It's really other men being in the same restroom as myself that I have a problem with.)

hmmmm why is that?

What would be the point? Surely homosexual men are men and homosexual women are women. It's a question of biology, not a question of lifestyle.

Agree....and so much simplier.  Why in the world are we trying to make this so complicated? Leave well enough alone.   We're only looking for problems when we do this kind of ridiculous stuff.

Precisely. And if you want privacy, pop into a stall.

There's just no way I'm going to pop into any stall if there's some male in the bathroom.  I'll either not go, or I'll wait until he leaves.

All the women would "fall in" cause men never put the seat cover back down.

ya, no kidding.  What are those feminists thinking?   Have they lost their minds?

hahahaha probably they haven't the foggiest idea because most of the radical fems are anti-men anyhow and probably the ones who came up with this idea never married.

Had they been like me, the mother who raised four sons and a husband......they'd know better.

(playing devil's advocate)Well, the problem really started when we gave women the right to vote... and then it went downhill from there. (/playing devil's advocate)

Hey KFC, since you and I were involved in the conversation above when Ritter signed the bill.  I'm wondering if you have any links to the accounts that are starred in your article?

well I'm no radical feminist and I think the freedom to vote for women was a good thing but I can't entirely discount what you're saying either.

I didn't use a link but a newsletter like I mentioned above.  The newsletter comes from Colorado Springs and is from Focus on the Family Action.
