THANK YOU  for writing about the annual March for Life in Washington. It's a big event that's been held at this time ever since the Supreme Court's infamous Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton decisions. To our shame, the abortion industry has been in full operating gear ever since.  

Ya, me too. I'm angry and heartbroken over America's new President's clear commitment to the killing of innocents by abortions overseas. He's initiated what is widely expected to be the most pro-abortion administration in U.S. history.

I noticed the same thing....hundreds of thousands of pro-life advocates march for life on Capital Hill for the unborn and this goes under reported or not reported at all, but it's not surprising given the mainstream media adulates Obama and supports the Culture of Death.  

it's a pretty sad commentary when the slaughter of millions of innocents who die in the womb at the hand of another gets a ho-hum from the press.   In the meantime we are seeing more and more little ones born outside the womb go to an early grave as a result of our murderous culture.

We have definitely lost our minds and our way.

Did you really expect anything different from Obama or the MSM? If ten Hamas supporters were protesting Israel that would have made the news.

And the media "devil" is in the details.  A friend told me the Boston Globe mentioned the March for LIfe, but did  it in a way that actually ended up promoting abortion. Ditto with the US news agency, Voice of America, which broadcasts in 45 languages around the globe. Their headline of the Jan. 22, 2009 Washington March for LIfe was "Obama Reaffirms Woman’s Right to Choose Abortion".......and went on, President Barack Obama has reaffirmed his belief in a woman’s right to choose whether to have an abortion as tens of thousands of abortion opponents held their annual rally in Washington.

Of the March for Life, the Los Angeles Times reported that President Obama was invited to speak to the marchers. He declined but released this statement:

“While this is a sensitive and often divisive issue, no matter what our views, we are united in our determination to prevent unintended pregnancies, reduce the need for abortion, and support women and families in the choices they make." "On the 36th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we are reminded that this decision not only protects women’s health and reproductive freedom,” it said, “but stands for a broader principle: that government should not intrude on our most private family matters.”

See how the media is aiding in the deception? There is no "united" need for the blood and gore of abortion....it's the government elite who are pushing this satisfying the wants of their pro-abort constitutents.   

My son, the editor told me something interesting today.  He and his colleagues were discussing at the newspaper the new buzz words for abortion.  Instead of using  the word abortion you are going to start seeing,  especially since Obama's signing of this new law, the words "family planning" instead.

So how does one "plan" an abortion?   

In yesterday's paper one of my son's writers put in the words "Family Planning" in a heading of an article in place of "abortion."  My son made him change it back to abortion.

Yes, the euphemism "family planning services" I.e. contraceptives, including abortion, is now associated with the Obama's big  $825 Billion spending package.

I recently heard something that really doesn't surprise me but just shows how this is all being worked under cover of darkness, so to speak.

Did you notice that all the other Executive Orders were signed in the Media Room with lots of media to take pictures but yet we don't have any pictures of B.O. signing this Freedom of Choice bill? 

I was also told that he signed this particular bill AFTER the 5 o'clock news where the rest of the bills up until this one were signed before the news.  By the next day's newscast this would be considered old news and not worthy of too much attention.

WOW, have you folks got a surprise coming in Barack Obama, just as you received in so-called "Christian" George W. Bush, who stood by as the Black Robed Cult on the U. S. Supreme Court struck down the Ten Commandments in June 2005. Obama is about as much a Christian as George Washington was, who is largely responsible for DC's street system being laid out in the form of the Kabbalistic Sephiroth Tree, leaving good old George's Monument as THE PENIS OF GOD!

I bet you also think that Thomas Jefferson believed in God, or Jesus Christ, because his monument has the following words etched into its magnificent internal frieze: "I HAVE SWORN UPON THE ALTAR OF GOD ETERNAL HOSTILITY AGAINST EVERY FORM OF TYRANNY OVER THE MIND OF MAN."

SURPRISE: Those words of Thomas Jefferson were written to Dr. Benjamin Rush in response to his having promised Dr. Rush a commentary on what he [Thomas Jefferson] thought of Christians.

Thomas Jefferson HATED Christians, just in the way that I loathe them as well, and I am a very devout believer in Jesus Christ. Now go and figure that riddle out!

And one more thing: Is there any body out there who remembers how bodacious Bill Clinton ran stating George H. W. Bush's prior campaign promise of "READ MY LIPS, NO MORE TAXES?" What did Clinton, another DEVOUT beleiver with "faith" in God, do? The moment he was elected, he tried to turn the military into a "Gay Boy's Club," and wanted to start a national health program. Why do people think that Obama is any different? Both are but WHORES owned by the international bankers, just like our Fabian Socialist Party = THE COMBINED REPUBLICAN & DEMOCRATIC PARTIES, are also. It is no wonder the American people cannot be heard, those who are suppose to be representing them in Congress are too busy chasing the coins rolling around on the floors of the capitol.

You suckers - who voted for Obama [I voted for neither] thought that he was going to bring real change. WRONG again; all Obama changed was titles, and all Bush changed was residences. Both are part of a massive con-game where you get to think that they mean what they say, only to find out AGAIN that they did not mean it! I am laughng so hard it hurts! And now he [Obama] wants the AMerican Sucker to buy the bad debt and hold onto it, while his banker friends are laughing "ALL THE WAY TO THEIR BANKS!

Here is what I don't understand. There are these marches and protests about abortion but what else do they do. I agree you should make your voice heard with lawmakers but obviously that isn't enough. So, even if the law passed making abortion illegal, guess what they won't stop.

So, my point is this. Why don't all these people which are huge in numbers using their passion to work with communities to help avoid avortion. Programs or Charities( I don't know if that's the word I want to use) should be so widely available.  For instance programs to counsel mothers, preventitive measures, help with choice of adoption or keeping the baby and raising it.

I realize there are some of these out there but it is so little compared to the number of people who march or verbally complain. Where is the actio and volunteering to back up these convictions? This goes for all causes.

Obama isn't listening to you. Go to plan B, where the main focus should have been the whole time. Helping and counselling the actual people. If you (the universal you) are really this passionate about this cause, DO SOMETHING, instead of talking.

The March for LIfe is not a protest per se, rather it's  a positive witness. The coming together of people from literally all over the country to participate in the March affirms the culture of life. Its people, who all year long in their own communities, offer a message of hope and love, urging full protection for the unborn, aid to pregnant women in need, adolption options, and consolaton to those women suffering from having an abortion.

Jesus himself said " if they hated me they will hate you also.  A servant is no greater than his master."  If you hate Christians you also hate Christ, because his people are His body.    You cannot call yourself a devout believer in Christ but hate his people.  

The most important of all is.......... a follower of Christ is not known by hate but by love.   Christ also said "the world will know you by your love you have for one another."  So if I were you, I would examine myself to make sure you are truly in the faith.

Jefferson's writings (even tho he was a deist) if you look at them carefully you would see he could easily be made out to be a bible thumper in comparison to today's politicians.  He believed in God and he believed that bible reading was most important.  Would you like me to give you some of his quotes on this subject?  I have many.

I agree but not in any context.  I believe as a Christian I should do all that I can to protect life which is created in the image of God.  In the end, I realize  quite well it's not between me and the abortionist anyhow.  It's always between the abortionist and God in the long run.  But we are to be "our brother's keeper" in that we should do all we can do to help one another as we travel thru this life together. 

When we don't say anything and/or choose to look the other way especially when we know the hurt that will result from abortion is not helping one another. 

and that is happening but with no help from the government or media in most cases.  There are many clinics and organizations out there who are trying to help teens stay pure and unwed mothers after they get pregnant.  But they are mainly grassroot organizations because the media and government do all they can to ignore them in hopes they go away. 

Before I came here to Florida our church was helping one of these clinics in our area.  We were doing bottle drives and getting the word out.   Some of our church members were trained and were actively volunteering  to work at this clinic.  But the opposition was intense by the local PP clinic.  Happens all the time.   The PP clinics have all the money and media on their side.  Now it's looking like they are going to be millions richer by our tax payer money.  Why can't my tax dollars go to a clinic who helps young girls keep their babies instead of abort them?
