Even Knowing More About Him
Published on June 11, 2008 By KFC Kickin For Christ In Politics

I know very little about Obama and when I ask others, no one else seems to know either.  So before we even consider to vote for him we should start at least getting to know the guy and his background don't ya think.  So far this about sums up all I know about him and was sent to me by a friend.

LET ME SEE IF I HAVE THIS STRAIGHT:

HIS FATHER WAS A KENYAN, M
USLIM, BLACK - WE HAVE SEEN PICTURES OF HIS AFRICAN 'FAMILY'

HIS MOTHER IS A KANSAN, ATHEIST, WHITE-
WHERE ARE THE PICTURES OF HIS KANSAN, WHITE MOTHER AND HIS WHITE GRANDPARENTS WHO RAISED HIM?

HIS FATHER DESERTED HIS MOTHER AND HIM WHEN HE WAS VERY YOUNG AND WENT BACK TO HIS FAMILY IN KENYA

HIS MOTHER MARRIED AN INDONESIAN M
USLIM AND TOOK HIM TO JAKARTA WHERE HE WAS SCHOOLED IN A MUSLIM SCHOOL

HIS MOTHER RETURNED TO HAWAII AND HE WAS RAISED BY HIS WHITE KANSAN GRANDPARENTS

HE LATER WENT TO THE BEST HIGH DOLLAR SCHOOLS; HOW?

HE LIVES IN A $1.4 MILLION DOLLAR HOUSE THAT HE ACQUIRED THROUGH A DEAL WITH A WEALTHY FUND RAISER; HOW?

HE 'WORKED' AS A CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST IN CHICAGO - HAS NEVER HELD A PRODUCTIVE JOB.
He has never even run a corner hot dog stand. Or met a payroll. Or managed anything besides his political offices and his speeches. And he wants you to believe that he should be CEO of the most powerful and complex nation in the world, and Commander In Chief of our armed forces???

THE PRESIDENCY IS NOT A CIVIL RIGHTS POST!

NOR IS IT SUBJECT TO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION SET ASIDES!

HE ENTERED POLITICS AT THE STATE LEVEL AND THEN THE NATIONAL LEVEL WHERE HE HAS MINIMAL EXPERIENCE

HE IS PROUD OF HIS 'AFRICAN HERITAGE' BUT IT SEEMS THAT HIS ONLY AFRICAN CONNECTION WAS THAT HIS AFRICAN FATHER GOT A WHITE GIRL PREGNANT AND DESERTED HER. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT SPERM CARRIED A 'CULTURAL' GENE. WHERE IS THE PRIDE IN HIS WHITE CULTURE?

HE GOES (
for twenty years) TO A 'AFROCENTRIC' CHURCH THAT HATES WHITES, HATES JEWS, AND BLAMES AMERICA FOR ALL THE WORLDS PERCEIVED FAULTS AND THEN REPEATEDLY COVERS UP FOR THE PASTOR AND THE CHURCH

HE CLAIMS THAT HE COULD NOT CONFRONT HIS PASTOR BUT HE WANTS US TO BELIEVE THAT HE CAN CONFRONT NORTH KOREA AND IRAN, RIGHT!!!

YEAH, I THINK I SEE HOW HE COULD BE A UNITER AND BRING US TOGETHER. I THINK THE HOPE IS THAT HE HOPES NO ONE WILL PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER!

Okay, if you don't like someone, that's fine. But things like this are pointless drivel, my friend. I can tell this is an e-mail repost but give me a break.

WHERE ARE THE PICTURES OF HIS KANSAN, WHITE MOTHER AND HIS WHITE GRANDPARENTS WHO RAISED HIM?

There's Obama's grandfather. Yeah, the one who raised him.

When it starts off with a lie, I'm going to disregard the rest of it.

would you be so kind to provide a link for this picture SC?

Thanks!

I'm not much of an Obama supporter myself, but a lot of the "points" above in the very large colorful text seem incredibly irelevant to whether or not he'd be a good President.  I'll concede the point about his quiet acceptance of the hate spewed by his pastor, but the rest seems like you're really reaching for something to hold against him.

Does it really matter that his father left his mother?  Does it matter what school he went to growing up?

And how many politicians have much actual non-political work experience?  Even Bush's time in the corporate world can be called disappointing, if you're being charitable.  I wonder who the last serious presidential candidate was who actually ran a corner hot dog stand, or themselves had to worry about meeting payroll.

Also, honestly, where did the affirmative action thing come from?  I mean really.  That's like saying any woman running is trying to cash in on AA and the feminist movement.  Or that any white candidate is really trying to cash in with the rural uneducated populace.

I seem to remember reading reports about Grover Cleveland having a hotdog stand . . .

No. No.

QFT.

Zoomba, that post was a winner on all fronts.

Found the original. Here's a whole slew of family pictures, and guess what? There's pics of both sides of his family.

And his kids are so damn cute.

KFC WRITES:

I know very little about Obama and when I ask others, no one else seems to know either.

Ya, I believe in knowing your candidate.

All I need to know about Obama is where he stands on protecting the right to life of the unborn. His voting record is absolutely dismal on this one issue....so, nope I can't vote for Obama.

The Democrat's candidate for President said that he would never want his daughters to be "punished" with the birth of an unplanned baby, as if it were a thing to be disposed of. And as an Illinois state senator, he opposed legislation that would protect babies born alive in botched abortion attempts. If nothing else, this shows a cold, crass brutal side to his character. He cares more about the dictates of his political party than he cares for protecting the health and safety of an innocent baby born alive from a botched abortion attempt.

As President, he's promised to compound that repulsive violation of the Moral Law, thou shalt not kill. So, this coming November, I'll cast my vote for all those who have been murdered in the name of "a woman's right to choose" against Obama.

Time Magazine had an article on Obama, last month, maybe the month before, def March or April though, and it has pictures of his mom, his grand parents, etc.

His mom had a liberal hippy, bra burning, white girl vibe goin on.

on Jun 11, 2008

Well since I put this up I've learned alot about Obama.  I've had information sent to me since I posted this.  I don't get Time so I missed that article.  I'll see if I can get it tho,

I have nothing against the man personally.  I don't dislike him at all.  I don't like what he stands for and I don't think our country is foremost and forefront on his mind by his own speeches and affiliations and the more I can see or find out about his family.  I believe his interest is Africa not America and one of his goals is to send quite a bit of money to Africa for Aids from the American people by raising taxes.

His mother's second husband when Obama was still young is Lolo Soetoro who is/was an Indonesion Muslim.  They had a daughter Maya who is Obama's half sister.

He has a brother Abongo Obama who is a LUO Activist and a Militant Muslim.

Obama made some speeches in 06 perhaps campaigning for Luo Odinga in Africa but the transcripts of them can't be found.  I'd be interested in what he said there in 06.  Odinga is the opposition leader in Kenya who signed a Shariah pact with Muslims and claims to be Obama's cousin.  He is married and has named his oldest  son Fidel after guess who?

His uncle is quoted as saying if he gets elected as President there will be better relations between Africa and America because Obama's roots are in Africa.

So yes, I think we American's have some questions that need to be answered about who is he running for?  America?  or Africa?

The problem I have is you're approaching the information void as being some sort of indictment against him.  You're not approaching this as "Who is he?  What can I learn?" so much as "I know nothing, he must be hiding things!  There must be something sinister or un-American behind him."

Again I ask, what difference does his family make?  Does having relatives who are muslim diminish him in some way?

And what's wrong with having better relations with Africa?  How is "relations would be better with country X" equate to "He's running for country X"?

I have no problem with people who say "I don't like Obama because of his politics, policies, and general platform"  that's what politics is about, you vote for the person you agree with most, but you seem to be set against the guy even though you admittedly know nothing about him.  In my view, that's as bad as people who preemptively dismiss any Republican candidate because they must be bible-thumping nut jobs.

Unfortunately much of the information you have posted is factually incorrect.I too don't know as much about Obama as i would like to but i am constantly looking for more information . Unlike you however i try to make certain that the information i gather is from more than a single source and even further more than a single "reliable" source.

So why don't you make yourself productive and find the answers to some of the questions you posted and when u find them on the internet, take a look at the sources so that you totally understand how much "pointless drivel" you have included in your original post.

Poor Obama. Not only does he have the anti-black people annoying him, he has to deal with all of this anti-muslim racism being paraded around as "news" and "facts", even though he isn't a muslim.

Also, what's wrong with the state legislature? To me that seems like the ideal experience a candidate needs for a launch into federal politics and eventually a presidential run. A guy who has run a hot dog stand, hunts foxes, and follows football is the last guy who i'd want as a president. I have nothing against those things (except maybe killing foxes), but shouldn't presidents be the elite of the elite? Shouldn't they be so intellectually superior that whenever people get within 10 feet of him they cower in awe? In my opinion the way election campaigns are run these days they dumb down the candidates (or image of the candidates) to the point where you have contests between unremarkable nothings who were lucky enough to be born in a powerful and wealthy family.

Does having relatives who are muslim diminish him in some way?

After Billy Carter and Hugh Roddam, I doubt any of Obama's relatives are going to be any worse.

Again I ask, what difference does his family make?

Given the flavor of relatives of previous presidents, I would say none at all. They are not the man and anyone with siblings know, that we are not them either.

But the issue that disturbs many is not who Obama's relatives are, but how HE is treating THEM. I have many disagreements with my siblings, but if one yells "Hey Rube", we are all there for them. Blood and all. Obama's treatment of his relatives is an indication (true or false we do not know) of his treatment of his fellow man. If he cannot afford to at least treat his family with respect, what does that say for his treatment of allies, the opposition, or more importantly, other foreign leaders? Not all foreign leaders sip tea, and eat crumpets with pinkie finger crooked.
