Joke of the Day:

What did one wall say to another?

"Stop leaning on me, I'm just as plastered as you are." LOL.

Thought of the Day:

The only difference between a rut and a grave.......is how deep the hole.

Two guys walk into a bar. One says to the other, "I didn't see that, did you?"

KFC, you should do this more often

Our local police station recently discovered that someone had managed to steal an entire toilet.

They had nothing to go on.

I try to once in a while...contrary to some's opinion around here, I try to write and blog on diff subjects. I like a good joke once in a while. Laughter is good medicine.

KFC,

Totally unrelated to this article...did you know the kid you guys know from Liberty got his picture in the latest issue of SI?

Thought you'd like to know that, if you didn't already. I'd be happy to send my copy to you if you don't have it.

No I didn't know Gid. Thanks for the update. That's cool!! I'd love a copy if you're willing to send it. I'll send you my address.

I don't get any sports mags so unless David brings them home or tells me the latest I have no idea. David does the writeups on Josh after every race and I did ask to see the latest given his latest feat....but he also qualified already in indoor track for nationals (last weekend) in one event the first time he ran it. They also had a special two day meet so he could run another event the next day to try and qualify for another distance....but he missed it by 1.5 seconds!!!! The thought being is if he can just qualify early, he can sit back and not race until Nationals trying to win another National Title (which I think he'll probably do).

I'm not surprised tho. David said he'll be on every website and magazine practically across the country some articles bigger than others probably depending on their focus and/or Christian/anti-Christian position. Not that Josh hasn't been all over the media the last three years anyhow...it's just been a bit stepped up. I'd like to get a picture of his check when Nike signs him this coming Spring.
