Patriots Will Be Back Next Year!
Published on February 2, 2011 By KFC Kickin For Christ In Football

I figured the Super Bowl isn't really a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots out of it so not worth paying attention to.  That is, until I read this  email today.  Now instead of saying "GO PATS!"  I'll have to say "GO PACKERS!"

I'm sure this is written by a true blue Packers fan!  Have to give him credit for ingenuity in gathering more supporters for his home team.

GO PACKERS!!!

The Green Bay Packers are good for America.

Every red blooded American should jump in line to support the Green Bay Packers! The Packers defeated the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon thus earning them the opportunity to go to the Super Bowl.

By doing so, they  saved the hard-working, red blooded, tax paying Americans literally  several million dollars of tax money.

How you say? Simple... we were told that  if the Chicago Bears had won, that President Obama (and probably his family) would be attending the Super Bowl to cheer on his hometown team.  Since  the Bears lost...the President won't be attending. The money saved from not  using Air Force 1, the limousines, all the additional security, and  let's not forget Michelle Obama's entourage, is literally several million  dollars!

Therefore every American, even if they don't care about football, should cheer on the Green Bay Packers  at the Super Bowl to show them our gratitude.

So that settles it.        At least saying "GO Packers" isn't that far removed from saying " GO PATS!"

Now that's what you call a tax break.

My second favorite team changes each year.  My favorite is the Raiders.  My second favorite is the team that eliminates the cheaters from the playoffs.  The Cheaters are of course the Patriots (camera snooping, tuck rule, etc.).

I was told from one of my line dancing friends to watch #79 Ryan Pickett a lineman.  Evidently he grew up here, nearby and she knew him from school. She used to serve him meals from the cafeteria.  She said he was very very poor and was a very nice kid.  When he made it to the big leagues, he bought his mom a house.

Go Packers!

That Chicago game was a total debacle, if Cutler returns he'll probably get booed off his own homefield. I like the Pack, always have. I'll take the Pack to beat Ben Rapelisberger with a 10 point advantage.

Oh, sorry, did not say who I was rooting for.  The Packers because I want to see Charles Woodson get a ring (he was on the Raider team that was robbed by the Tuck Rule).
