Let's get rid of Carrie.

Can't say I'm surprised.  I bet the pressure Hollywood put on was exceedingly great.

Even the powerful Donald Trump caved.

Exactly, you don't do your job...then you should be fired.

what rules?

The ones that she agreed to when she signed a contract and was Miss California (and whatever else). As who she is through the whole organization (for lack of a better term), there are expected and defined duties that she must do. It's a job, and when you have a job...then you're supposed to do it. Right?

you didn't answer my question.  You gave me a mealy mouthed answer.   What rules?  What did she break in her contract?  She has no idea and if you read the article from the link I provided you'd see that everything seemed in order as she was fulfilling her duties.  So what rules did she break?

Sorry, I'm not privilige to her contract; I should consult my lawyer.

I'm assuming, using various abilities and knowledge, that she would have arranged meetings, events, etc. that she would have to follow. That she would essentially have to work for them, her employer. That being said, if you read on FoxNews, they have transcripts from emails where she becomes somewhat cold.

When I saw the title I thought you were still complaining about the Brian DePalma hitpiece on Christianity 30 years later.. Yeah, I think they booted her for espousing a conservative view. Its funny that Trump allowed miss drunken bimbo USA to keep her crown, but stripped Carrie of hers over some fine print, contractual excuse.

Maybe it's because she can't cook brownies? LINK

I think this is more about her given answer at the pagent than anything.

much more likely it's about whether she's stopped putting out for trump or whether he's just moving on as always

you really think he wastes any time pondering her opinion on anything?   i started to answer my own question by speculating that's the reason he's wealthy and you're not, but he's not really wealthy either so i guess he's just one of those rare sociopaths who manages to avoid melting down.  to date anyway.

My husband and I watched the apprentice this past season (as well as a friend of ours) and it will be the last time.  We couldn't believe how it ended and how he picked Joan Rivers in the finale.  I thought then that he bowed to the pressure of picking the bigger celebrity and not being his own man.  Even his two kids didn't seem to back him and I saw indication he didn't agree with what Joan and her daughter did the whole show, but when it came down to the last moments and most everyone backed Joan he went with the crowd.

It was quite clear that Joan wasn't the winner and as consistent as the other contestent Annie who was heads and shoulders over Joan.  That is, if you look at this from a objective POV instead of a subjective one.

We lost any "little" respect we had for him and his decisions when we saw that.  It spoke cowardice to me all the way.

I think he's doing something similar here with Carrie after first backing her, he now has backed away from her.  What happened?  I know one thing, there is no tolerance when it comes to the gays and their radical agenda.  If you mess with them in a public manner you're outa here.

Oi vey, I seriously fear for the world, when there are conspiracty theorys/theorists like this. Yes, to each their own...but seriously, to each their own foolishness?

*sighs* No wonder the world is going to the can.
